My wife Ashley and I joined up with Nouveau Riche to learn how to build wealth in real estate. We are currently enrolled and active in the Nouveau Riche. Our goal is to share our success and accomplishments so that you will be able invest in real estate, generate extra monthly income, increase your net worth, and achieve lasting wealth.

Currently to date my wife and I have flipped two condos. Thanks to Nouveau we have been able to utilize the experience of the community to build our knowledge. Our first condo we came out of closing with a $75,000 check. The second condo we received $30,000. Now that we have the education to succeed we are setup for success.

When I got enrolled in NR I had just shut down my motorcycle parts and service store that I had open for 2 years, I was $100,000 in debt and needed to earn an income of $4,000 dollars a month just to provide for my family. I grew up being told to get good grades, and go to college to get a good job as an Engineer, and that is what I did. After 8 ½ years of that career, I lost my passion for it and quit to do volunteer work oversees for the next 4 ½ years. Upon our return to the US we had to figure out how we were going to generate income. I went back to Corporate America, but my salary couldn't support a family of 4, so we were using our savings every month to make due. Well that can only last so long. Around this time we were introduced to the Book Rich Dad Poor Dad, and the Cashflow101 game. It opened our eyes to investing in real estate and so we set out to learn how. Our first attempt was to try one of the Guru coaching programs. This led to 7 months of frustration trying to get our first deal done.

Then we stumbled onto Nouveau Riche. We looked at the Investor Concierge, and said if just this one thing works, it will be worth it. So we purchased ALL the education. And it did work! In the first couple months we purchased 2 rental properties with positive cash flow. Shortly after taking the Short Sales class, I was able to go out and complete my first Short Sale, then we wholesaled it. We just did what they taught us in class! In our first two years with Nouveau Riche we were involved with 11 transactions and own property in 4 states. I was able to quit my job a year and a half ago to do this full time. Recently we got serious about the Income opportunity and in January-March generated $40,000. We are excited about our future, and are now looking for apartment complexes to purchase.
