After working in the Advertising Industry for over 5 years, Dominic Wood, one of the founders of NW Investment Network, was invited to join the Nouveau Riche community from family members in Orange County, CA. After seeing the amazing success of the investors in the community and understanding the opportunities in Real Estate, Dominic joined Nouveau Riche in November 2006. Dominic has studied Short Sales, Foreclosures, Creative Financing, Subject-To Purchasing, Probate, Multi-Family and Fix & Flip Investing. Dominic is on the Leadership Team of Nouveau Riche in Seattle and Bellevue and is also an Independet Student Advisor who helps coach investors on the opportunities in Real Estate and how to get started. His family owns over 20 single family investments across the United States and over 450 multi-family apartment units. He has partnered with several Nouveau Riche investors to specialize in the local Foreclosure Market and help home owners through the Short Sale process.
